Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

 

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached

  • Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale

Processing Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit

International customers:
