Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Red Belly Active purchase. Every item is crafted with thought and care, and your satisfaction is our priority.

If you're unsure about sizing, reach out to us before ordering — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.

During a sale, all sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit.

We use a return portal to make the process seamless. Please visit the portal here.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

 

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached

  • Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale

To process an exchange, visit our Returns Hub or email hello@redbellyactive.com with your issue. We’ll confirm next steps and advise stock availability for exchange.

Please note that sale items can only returned for exchange or credit. 

Processing Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If the customer has paid for returns cover, then the cost of return is covered automatically.

  • Otherwise, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit

International customers:
Replacements will be charged at standard shipping rates. To avoid international return costs, we may be able to arrange a local delivery option in your country. Please email hello@redbellyactive.com before returning.

Fun and flirty

There is everything to love about the Nightgarden Skort. Beautiful bright print, great design, lots of pockets, easy to wear and care for and lots of compliments!

However, I do agree with the reviewer that advised to size down. Mine is a bit too big so I have bought a smaller size in RBA’s sale.

Great skirt and top. I feel the sizing is a bit bigger than they use to be??? Or maybe the fabric has more stretch than normal?

Flipping Fantastic

Love the flip skort it’s light, comfortable, feminine and has pockets on the under shorts. Love all the colours but had to add black to go with the Zebra print sleeveless top.
