Shipping & Returns
Red Belly Active is a small company with big goals. We aim to provide the best possible customer experience and service. Your order will be shipped as close to your purchase time as possible so you can start enjoying your Red Belly gear as soon as possible. Sometimes delays are out of our control, but we care about you and will do all we can to ensure your products arrive safely and wrapped with love.
IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Regular postage to local and regional Australian addresses is $9.50.
Express postage is available in Australia and costs $16.50
Please allow extra time to expect deliveries due to COVID challenges.
If you spend over $175 you will receive free shipping on all purchases in Australia.
Regular post to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand is $39.95 (please note this can sometimes take two to four weeks)
A faster option is available via courier and will cost $49.95. If your parcel is large we may need to charge more to cover the extra shipping costs.
Any duties payable in your country are at your own expense.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is important that you are delighted with your Red Belly Active purchase and love your new outfit. We do our best to ensure that every item is created with care and thought.
You may return your item for a full refund or exchange for a product of the same value if it is not a match for you.
– returns must be within 30 days
– item must be unworn and in same condition at purchase including tags
– sample items may not be refunded
To process a return or exchange – please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue and we will advise where to send the item and advise stock availability for exchange.
Red Belly Active is not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty and needs to be replaced.
International replacements will be charged at the regular shipping price. We can offer local delivery options in your country for returns to avoid international postage costs. Please email email@example.com before returning items.
