Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Red Belly Active purchase. Every item is crafted with thought and care, and your satisfaction is our priority.

During a sale, all sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit.

We use a return portal to make the process seamless. Please visit the portal here.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

 

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached

  • Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale

Please note that sale items can only returned for exchange or credit. 

Processing Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit

International customers:
Replacements will be charged at standard shipping rates. To avoid international return costs, we may be able to arrange a local delivery option in your country. Please email hello@redbellyactive.com before returning.

Fun skort

It’s taken me awhile to write this as I only got the chance to wear this on course this week. I was pretty happy with the length of the under shorts as these usually ride up my thighs. There was a bit of that but not annoyingly so.

Love the print and number of pockets on the skirt and shorts.

Great slightly linger length

On Helen’s (from RB) recommendation I purchased the Cha Cha Skort. I was looking for a skort that was longer than others. This fits the bill. Great styling, comfort, fit, fabric and stitching. I’ll have to wait until summer to wear it. My size is XS.
