You can exchange or return any items for a credit which you can use on a future purchase.

We use a return portal to make the process seamless. Please visit the portal here.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

 

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached

  • Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale.

Please note we do not offer refunds.

Processing Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If the customer has paid for returns cover, then the cost of return is covered automatically.

  • Otherwise, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your store credit

International customers:
Replacements will be charged at standard shipping rates. To avoid international return costs, we may be able to arrange a local delivery option in your country. Please email hello@redbellyactive.com before returning.

Flex Pants Black

I received my flex Black Pants from Red Belly Active and they are top quality; fit perfectly and very comfortable to wear. I love all the golf clothes I have purchased from Red Bell and could not recommend The Red Belly Brand highly enough; they never disappoint.
