Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

 

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached

  • Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale

Processing Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit

International customers:
Replacements will be charged at standard shipping rates. To avoid international return costs, we may be able to arrange a local delivery option in your country. Please email hello@redbellyactive.com before returning.
