Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Red Belly Active purchase. Every item is crafted with thought and care, and your satisfaction is our priority.

During a sale, all sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit.

We use a return portal to make the process seamless. Please visit the portal here.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

 

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached

  • Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale

To process an exchange, visit our Returns Hub or email hello@redbellyactive.com with your issue. We’ll confirm next steps and advise stock availability for exchange.

Please note that sale items can only returned for exchange or credit. 

Processing Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If the customer has paid for returns cover, then the cost of return is covered automatically.

  • Otherwise, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit

International customers:
Replacements will be charged at standard shipping rates. To avoid international return costs, we may be able to arrange a local delivery option in your country. Please email hello@redbellyactive.com before returning.

A fabulous skort

I have nothing but praise for both the products and customer service. I ordered a top to go with the skort and the wonderful Helen emailed to say she thought I should go a size smaller as they were running a bit large. They then sent me a different version of the top that she thought would fit me better - at no extra cost. Definitely above and beyond service and I love the clothing and have had heaps of compliments when wearing them. Will definitely be buying more.

Gorgeous look and feel

I can’t go past the RB flip skorts for their look and feel. They are so comfy, I could wear them to bed! I bought this with the Aviara top and have had heaps of compliments. Of course I tell them where I got it from ☺️.
