We want you to love your Red Belly Active purchase. Every item is crafted with thought and care, and your satisfaction is our priority.

If you're unsure about sizing, reach out to us before ordering - we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.

You can exchange or return any items for a credit which you can use on a future purchase. Due to the additional cost of repacking returns, we cannot offer refunds unless an item is faulty. 

Returns Portal: We use a return portal to make the process seamless. Please visit the portal here.

Please note on sale items, exchanges will be at the customer's expense as we have already heavily discounted prices. Choose well!

Faulty Items

If your product arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and get a replacement to you quickly.

Return Requirements

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

• Please repack items carefully to help us maintain quality for resale. 

To process an exchange, visit our Returns Hub or email hello@redbellyactive.com with your issue. We’ll confirm next steps and advise stock availability for exchange.

Please note we do not offer refunds.

Processing Returns

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If the customer has paid for returns cover, then the cost of return is covered automatically.

• Otherwise, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your store credit

International customers:
Replacements will be charged at standard shipping rates. To avoid international return costs, we may be able to arrange a local delivery option in your country. Please email hello@redbellyactive.com before returning.
